Important Notes on Packing, Shipping & Payment

Packing & Shipping

Please note that although McTear’s do not provide a Packing & Shipping

service, all lots purchased and not uplifted by 5pm on Thursday 24th

March 2005 will be collected by the Bax Global International

organisation and stored with them until instruction has been received to

deliver.

The cost of packing, insurance, transport to Bax Global and storage and

shipping thereafter is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

If you do not wish your purchased lots to be collected by Bax Global, you

must inform us in writing either at the time of placing commission bids or at

the time of registering for a bidding or “paddle” NUMBER. Please note that if

you have instructed that Bax Global have not to collect your purchased lots,

they will be kept at McTear’s premises at the buyers risk.

Any lots not collected by Thursday 24th March 2005 will be stored at the

buyer’s risk and a storage charge of £5 per day per lot will be payable prior

to collection.

Payment

Please note that credit or debit cards are not accepted at McTear’s.

Payment of lots will be accepted by Personal Cheque, Certified Cheque,

Business Cheque, Cash or Bank Transfer. If you intend paying by cheque, we

may require a written guarantee to avoid any delay in cheque clearance.

Payments by bank transfer are also acceptable, though carry a surcharge of

£10 to cover bank administration charges. This amount should be added to

your invoice amount.
