The Silver Auction at McTear’s, a six weekly live auction, has become a destination for silver buyers from around the world. From tea services to fruit baskets, candlesticks to cutlery and salvers to small boxes, the interest in silver internationally has seldom been stronger. Not only do these auctions attract a significant crowd to McTear’s Glasgow Galleries, the live bidding platform allows bidders from all over the globe to be involved in the auction.

McTear's has experienced Silver Specialists who will advise you and value your items. Appointments can be made for meeting at the Auction Galleries or at your home, whichever suits you better. There is no charge for this service and no obligation to sell.
