Included in the auction is a selection of distillates from the late 1930’s bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in the 1960s and 70s. The Strathisla 1937, Glenlivet 1937, Mortlach 1938, The Pride of Strathspey 1938, and Linkwood 1938 are amongst the collection along with the sensational Macallan 1937 70° proof. Each of these bottles comes from a collection gathered over a number of decades. A fantastic selection of old spirits which are sure to entice the interest of collectors in the UK and overseas.
Miniatures, that include desirable examples such as a 1960s Laphroaig, Ardbeg White label from the 1970s, and a Macallan Edrington Express, also feature.
With a mix of bottles ranging in value from £30-£4,000 there is something for the avid connoisseur, as well as the most budding of collectors.
