EARLY 19TH CENTURY SCOTTISH LONGCASE CLOCK by James Gow of Midcalder, the hood with swan neck pediment, rosettes and campana urn finial, the arched painted enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and calendar dials and 8 day, 2 train movement, the spandrels painted with potted plants, contained in a waisted mahogany case, the trunk with quarter round columns, the door with lozenge inlay, of bracket feet, 230cm high
