IMPRESSIVE EDWARDIAN CHIMING LONGCASE CLOCK the hood with swan neck pediment, ball finial, marquetry inlaid frieze flanked by Corinthian columns, the arched dial with silver chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, the lunette with silent or chime dial, the spandrels with gilded scrolling mounts, the 8 day 3 train movement unsigned but numbered 9184, contained in a waisted case with bevelled glass door and further marquerty decoration, approximately 240cm high
