Note: Rangers F.C. achieved victory with a two point lead over Hearts. The teams went into the final day of the season with an identical goal average, though Rangers had a 2 point lead. Whilst Rangers lost 1-2 to Aberdeen, Hearts lost 2-1 to Celtic, securing the top spot for the Gers.
