BOBBY SHEARER 'CAPTAIN CUTLASS' OF RANGERS F.C. - HIS S.F.A. SCOTTISH CUP WINNERS GOLD MEDAL 1963

SCOTTISH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION SCOTTISH CUP WINNERS GOLD MEDAL 1962-63,
awarded to Bobby Shearer 'Captain Cutlass' of Rangers F.C., the obverse inscribed 'Scottish Football Association' in blue enamel border around a pierced oval depicting a lion rampant, beneath a thistle motif, the reverse inscribed 'Winners Scottish Cup 1962-63 R. Shearer', 40mm high, maker RM, in nine carat gold, 10.1g

Note: The final of the 1963 Scottish Cup took place at Hampden Park in May 1963 between Rangers and Celtic F.C. After a 1-1 draw, the replay saw Rangers achieve a 3-0 win to secure top spot.
