mid twentieth century, the tiered bezel 18.5mm wide, set with round faceted blue gems, marked 14K, size O, 3.7g; along with a pendant set with an oval faceted blue gem 13.5mm long, marked 585, on a chain approximately 60cm long, marked 18K, 6.4g gross (2)

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
