45mm long, with overlaid ropework loops and central pearl set clover motif, marked 15CT, metal pin, 4.8g, in a box retailed by Robert Gardiner of Helensburgh, along with a Masonic brooch and an enamelled stick pin (3)

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
