Pin bent as shown. 
Yellow gem chipped in a few places. 
Clasp is secure.

 

RARE: A PROVINCIAL SCOTTISH SILVER KILT PIN BY WILLIAM ROBB OF BALLATER,
set with a yellow faceted gem 10mm in diameter, the pin with Celtic twist decoration, 86mm long, marked W.R and BLTR, 7.6g
