EARLY VICTORIAN SILVER SNUFF BOX maker Francis Clark, Birmingham 1843, of rectangular serpentine outline, heavily engraved with scroll decoration, the hinged lid bearing a cartouche with inscription reading 'Presented to P. G. James Newton Prince Regent Lodge No. 12 M.U. Glossop District in testimony of the constant devotion of his service to the best interests of the above Lodge, December 13th 1845', approximately 110g, 8cm wide
