EDWARDIAN SILVER LARGE PRESENTATION BOWL maker George Edward & Sons, Glasgow 1903, of oval form, the rim of of irregular serpentine outline, with two scroll handles surmounted with winged Neoclassical female figures, elaborately pierced and embossed floral and scrolling decoration, cartouche with engraved presentation reading 'Presented to Mrs J.K. Shanks by the Architect & Contractors on the occasion of the opening of the Denny Town House, 17th Feb 1932', cartouche to other side bearing monogram, approximately 2172g, 43cm wide
