- Piece In fair condition overall, some wear present consistent with age, some marks and scratches visible to the object
- Some wear visible to top
- Note hairline crack visible down central pillar
- One stud lost and surrounding wood cracked
- Signs of repair to one slat
- Bookcase spins as intended. Could do with some tightening and there is some movement present, though structurally appears relatively sound
