MOST ATTRACTIVE BERLIN PORCELAIN CABINET PLATE the centre decorated with a painted panel depicting a Festival before the King of Palmyra with a recumbent nude dancer holding aloft a hoop with lion jumping through, signed H. Weigel, within a rich gilt 'jewelled' border with subtly coloured panels within upright urns, the reverse inscribed 'Indische Festvorstelling bor dem Konig von Palmyra', with sceptre mark in underglaze blue, 27 cm diameter
