model number 950 QZ D, the rectangular dial with Arabic hour markers, inner seconds track in black, 26mm case with diamond set bezel, signed crown, in eighteen carat gold, on a black leather strap, with gold buckle set with round brilliant cut diamonds, in box, with papers stating the date of purchase as the 9th of January 2016
