ARTS & CRAFTS HAMMERED SILVER TYG AND COVER,
maker James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield 1928, the cover with figural finial modelled as woman holding two laurel wreaths, the bombe bowl with reeded rim and three swept handles terminating in clover leaves, over a blade knopped stem and tapered circular foot mounted with three double 'C' scrolls, 24.2cm high, 455g

Finial secure but a little loose, rotates; lid with some knocks resulting in crimping and is somewhat misshapen affecting how it sits on the body; rim of body also with some knocks; otherwise light surface wear, illustrator issues available on our website
