with set square motif drop and central enamelled medal with INDUSTRIA ET LABORE, suspended from a pale blue ribbon and enamelled bar, with inscription to the reverse, with full Birmingham marks, 26.2g gross, in a fitted box

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
