"Anxiety and panic attacks are two things the artist has had to deal with quite a lot through out their life". In 2015 they were really not coping in what they were finding to be a very challenging job. Late one night whilst still in the office, they started playing with a ball of blu-tack as a form of stress relief. Before they knew it they had accidentally created a small blue figure using staples as limbs and a biro pen to lid shape the eyes. That evening ANXTI was born! ANXTI is a small apprehensive soul exploring the world. The artist has found creating art is a great distraction from stress which can trigger anxiety attacks. Their hope for ANXTI is to increase awareness of male mental health issues and to make others aware, you’re not alone in how you feel.
