Condition good to fair. Some misshaping to lower left of dial. Corners seem cut to different degrees too. Movement covered in this layer of dust, will require clean, and now weights to attempt to test.pendulum drop is misshapen. Further wear as per age and use. Clapper for chime seems in odd position, so may require attention. Oak side panels appear replacements.
