SET OF ELEVEN JAPANESE SATSUMA PLATES,
by Kinkozan, Meiji Period (1868-1912), each with central panel decorated with a narrative scene (six depicting samurai, five depicting ladies and children), within gilt diaper to blue ground borders, four character signature mark to base, 18.5cm diameter

Condition Report
Spots of very fine crazing throughout, and some areas of surface wear to the enamel and gilt, in keeping with age and use. A few small spots of loss to the enamel in the scenes throughout. Additional images available.
