Shelby Rae Towse is the 5 year old daughter of the artist Tuffworld (Paul Towse). Royal Mail lost the first package sent to Paul and he was sent a replacement. When the original package turned up Shelby asked her dad if she could get involved in helping the children. Paul asked Steve who organised this auction and of course he said yes.
