COLLECTION OF BAGPIPE PARTS
EARLY / MID 20TH CENTURY

comprising seven chanters marked for Robert Reid of Glasgow, one chanter marked for Douglas of Glasgow and one chanter unmarked, three mouth pieces and assorted drones, in turned hardwoo with ivory and resin mounts.

This lot contains elephant ivory material. Several countries, including in the EU and USA, prohibit the importation of ivory items unless under specific conditions. Prospective buyers should familiarise themselves with the relevant customs regulations of their country and ensure they are able to import this item prior to bidding.

Ivory Act 2018 (2022) compliant with APHA registration reference UDJ13JVL.
