set with a central marquise shaped pale blue gem 18.2mm long, flanked by two round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.34 carats, unmarked, size M, 5.7g; along with a pair of similar stud earrings, each set with an oval blue gem 10mm long and flanked by two round white gems, unmarked (2)
