THREE SILVER GILT AND ENAMEL SPOONS
LATE 19TH / EARLY 20TH CENTURY

800 standard, possibly Egyptian, the first with amber scarab finial over interlacing stemp and circular bowl with painting of Port Said within a plique-a-jour border, the second with hinged sarcophagus finial enclosing a removable mummy, over an interlacing stem and circular bowl painted with a port scene and within a plique-a-jour border, the third with rush basket from terminal, the hinged cover painted with Cleopatra's needle, enclosing a removable baby Moses, over a green enamel stem and bowl painted with Sphinx within a border of Ankh, along with a pair of Edwardian silver annointing spoons, another silver spoon, a filigree spoon, and a plated souvenir spoon
