Lisa Holmes is a Liverpool based artist who for many years, painted traditional wildlife/animal art for which she won awards and exhibited nationally. During lockdown all the usual wildlife exhibitions stopped which gave Lisa the opportunity to experiment and explore different subjects and media. She found herself drawn back to painting popular icons from her childhood and animals with a fun twist and she hasn't looked back since! She often incorporates fashion/luxury brands and street art into her paintings which merge with the characters to create a fun and engaging narrative.
