A LATE VICTORIAN SCOTTISH DIRK

LATE VICTORIAN SCOTTISH DIRK,
the fullered and serrated 30cm steel blade engraved with scrolls, thistle motifs and 'H.L.I. 4th BATT.', above a studded basket weave handle with coloured glass pommel, the leather sheath with ensuite knife and fork, mounted in brass with thistles and Highland Light Infantry crest, faded inscription to the reverse, 46.8cm long

Condition Report
No evident restoration or damage of note. Added images show details of marginal wear. The main blade is very slightly worn with age though still clearly shows decorative details.
