PAIR OF OAK HIGH BACK HALL CHAIRS IN THE MANNER OF DANIEL MAROT,
the scroll carved top rail with a raised and fielded panel below, solid raised and fielded seat, on block turned forelegs joined by a scroll carved apron, with straight stretchers

Provenance: A Private Collection from the Scottish Borders

Condition Report
Both with areas of damage to the upright supports.
Also surface wear commensurate with use and age.
The feet appear to have been cut down and replaced with castors, one of which is stiff.
Additional images that also detail any faults now available.
Both chairs are the same height. The height to the top rail of each is 132cm, to each seat 45cm.
