Carolina Adán Caro began her academic training in the field of science influenced by family tradition, but something inside always attracted her to the world of art. The turning point was being accepted at just eighteen years of age as a student of the painter Antonio López, taking a summer course that would change her life forever. She decided to bet on her vocation, and entered the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Complutense University. There she studied the first four years of her degree, to later receive a scholarship in her last year from the Barcelona School of Fine Arts, where she finished her degree. Currently, she lives in Palma de Mallorca and declares herself to be in love with the island, which has become an essential part of her work.
