GEORGE IV MAHOGANY WRITING DESK,
the top inset red leather writing surface, with central cockbeaded frieze drawer flanked by two drawers either side, on reeded tapering legs on castors, 72cm high, 116cm wide

Condition Report

Condition generally good to fair.
Surface wear throughout commensurate with use and age. Minor loss on right hand side below frieze drawer. Restoration to right hand side of kneehole, with glue evident. One or two splits to wood within kneehole, also to left hand side of desk, and front left leg (though no real cause for concern as stable). One or two minor chips and gouges as per age.
Knee hole 58cm high, 47.5cm wide
