Item is in good to fair condition. Wear to the wood and varnish from age and use. Areas of split wood to the back. Hinges in good working order. Left armrest (when facing the bench) is secure. The right armrest is firmly attached to the backrest but has a snap in the wood where it joins the seat, thus has a slight vertical give. There is a fault through the wood of one decorative panel on the backrest.
