the interior inscribed 'with one piece back, '... 1850, H. Derazey...', 59cm long, in fitted case with bow and letter from Derick M. Sanderson (Luthier) dated 1981 finding it 'to be a French instrument by the well known Luthier Honore Derazey. ...'

No obvious cracks to bow or violin
