of Fleet Street, with one train fusee movement, the chapter ring with Roman numerals, of typical form 24cm high

Likely just the face and chapter ring are 17th century. Unable to wind movement to check, though mechanism appears fine.
case shows signs of wear throughout commensurate with use and age, including tarnish and light surface wear, most noticeable to base.
