AN ART DECO SILVER AND GUILLOCHE ENAMEL COMPACT AND TWO OTHERS

ART DECO ENGINE TURNED SILVER AND SKY BLUE GUILLOCHE ENAMEL SQUARE SHAPED COMPACT,
the hinged cover with radiating enamel bands issuing from the bottom left corner, within wedge shaped sides, hallmarked Birmingham 1939, retailer Mappin & Webb also two other Art Deco silver and enamel compacts, one circular with silver guilloche enamel hinged cover with black oval centre and border and a stylised ‘shell’ compact (3)

Condition Report
Light blue compact condition fair. With surface wear throughout including scratches to enamel, also a loss to top right hand corner. Interior with general age and use related wear.

Circular compact fair. With surface wear throughout, also a split to central oval of the enamel. Interior with general age and use related wear.

Final compact fair. With surface wear, also loss to blue enamel border. Interior with general wear.
