1910 IBROX PARK FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT GOLD MEDAL,
the obverse with central enamelled oval plaque depicting bird and tree motif, within blue enamel border inscribed 'Football Tournament Ibrox Park June 1910', the reverse inscribed 'Won by J. Wilson', 32mm high including bale, maker V&S, in nine carat gold, 6.2g

Note: Now known as Ibrox Stadium, Ibrox opened in 1899, as the home ground of Scottish Premier League club Rangers. Following the Ibrox Park disaster of 1902, by 1910 the grounds were redesigned with an expansion of Ibrox enhancing capacity to 63,000. This medal was awarded to Rangers trainer J Wilson.
