recovered by Odyssey Marine Exploration in 2003 from the shipwreck of the American SS Republic which perished in 1865, the dollars were struck by the US government dated 1860, State of Louisiana and Confederate States of America, each dated 1861, in NGC capsules, in presentation box with certificate of authenticity
