VICTORIAN SILVER CARD CASE,
maker Deakin & Francis, Birmingham 1890, with chased scroll detail, monogrammed 'GHS', approx 63g, housed in an R. Stewart of Glasgow case

Condition Report
Some warping to the shape, particularly in the centre of the case body. Tarnish present throughout, also more prominent in the centre, where there are bands of tarnish. Hinges in good working order. Closes flush on one side, the other has a slight gap (due to warping). General surface wear present throughout, in keeping with age.
