by Ross of London no. 31252, sold by Seagrove & Co Ltd of Portsea, engraved owner's name 'E. C. Ward R. N.' and further 'N. S. L. Y 1797', with stitched leather grip, 57.4cm long, together with a brass mounted ebonised sextant, the arc with bone dial, unmarked (2)
