VERY RARE WILLIAM AND MARY GOLD FIVE GUINEA DATED 1691,
the 'Roman Style' bust featuring the dual monarchs, with William's head uppermost, the Latin legend reads 'GVLIELMVS ET MARIA DEI GRATIA', translating to 'William and Mary by the Grace of God', the reverse features the Royal Arms, the crowned quartered shield bearing the arms of France, Scotland, Ireland and England with central shield bearing the lion rampant of Nasser, the obverse legend reads 'MAG BR FR ET HIB REX ET REGINA 1691', translating to 'King and Queen of Great Britain, France and Ireland', in box
