LATE 19TH OR EARLY 20TH CENTURY TONGAN IRON WOOD APA'APAI of diamond sectional form, the entire surface or 'tata', chip carved with fijian inspired tavatava designs comprising of weave, triangle and wavy panels, the the club head also carved with a figure of a man holding an apa'apai, the base with carved loop, dark brown patina, 94cm long
