PEARL AND DIAMOND RING,
with central rose cut diamond of approximately 0.03 carats, within a halo of seed pearls, in eighteen carat gold, size Q, 2.1g. along with a fifteen carat gold turquoise and amethyst ring, size L 1/2, 1.5g (2)

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
