Condition Report

Tin is in overall good quality. Tin would benifit from a cleaning. Lid fits correctly, and both step attachments are presents. Wheels on base are present and working. Flag post attachments are missing, but holes are still present. Rear smoke funnel moves slightly, but is not detached.
