the round bezel set with round brilliant cut diamonds within a diamond set border, on diamond shoulders, unmarked, size L, 6.3g, with accompanying certificate card stating the total diamond weight to be approximately 1.00 carat, colour G-H, clarity VVS-VS

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
