the hinged gallery with carved and pierced grape and vine frieze enclosing letter racks, the front inscribed 'Jerusalem' within parquetry border and enclosing one true and three faux drawers, the upper right side with drawer enclosing fitted arrangement of writing tools, the right side with lockable door enclosing four drawers, raised on turned front columns terminating in acanthus carved supports to compressed bun feet, 98cm high, 59.5cm wide, 56.5cm deep
