A VICTORIAN NAVAL OFFICER'S BICORN HAT

VICTORIAN NAVAL OFFICER'S BICORN HAT,
by Galt of Portsmouth, the black felt hat outlined in silk and with ribbon cockade, mounted in gilt bullion and with naval button to one side, 43cm long, the head hole 20cm long, contained in a tin case with plaquette inscribed 'Dr. Henry Richardson R.N.'
