Note: Gerry Goldwyre is a multi-talented Scot who was the series winner of "MasterChef" (BBC TV) in 1994 and again in 2000 when he went head-to-head with previous winners and prevailed. With his wife, Sue, Gerry runs The Water Tower near Edinburgh, a 12 cover private dining restaurant. When not cooking he paints and gardens and his talents in all three disciplines have been well documented in the press and wider media.
