When McTear’s opened its doors in Glasgow in 1842, many of the Scotch whisky brands we know and love today were still in their infancy. Over the years the auction house has grown and developed side by side with these now legendary distilleries. Today, McTear’s has matured into a whisky auctioneer of international standing.
