Hammer Highlights!

The final dedicated Watches and Coins & Banknotes Auctions of the year took place on 17 December and yielded some excellent results.

Lot 774 was a very rare Jaeger LeCoultre wrist watch that achieved £19,000 including fees. This sold to a local room bidder after competition online.

Lot 773, another rare watch, was a Breitling example which sold for £11,500 to a commission bid left by a buyer based in Massachusetts.

Gold prices have remained strong through the recent general election, as shown by lot 509, a Jersey gold coin, selling at £1400. The online bidder fought off competition in the saleroom to secure the lot.
