The Auction for almost anything you would have at home

The Interiors Auctions at McTear’s are collective auctions of ‘more affordable’ objects of jewellery, silver and plate, ceramics and glass, collectables, pictures and furniture and are held every Friday. Everything from Victorian and later furnishings, Art Deco lamps, Royal Doulton figures, and gold jewellery features in The Interiors Auction.

Quite recently, a GPO 300 Series green bakelite telephone sold for over £400 in The Interiors Auction. Found in an estate clearance, this surprise object was from a range produced in the mid-20th century, a range that included many others colours of instrument including [more commonly] black, along with red and ivory.

Every Interiors auction includes many ‘surprise’ objects. The ever growing healthy attendances are testament to the eclectic range of lots always on offer.
