Diamonds continue to fare well in the twice monthly Jewellery Auctions. A stunning solitaire ring went away at £3300. Another much anticipated lot of the sale was a beautiful diamond bee brooch, which sparked a bidding war between the room and the internet. The lucky online winner, at £550 hammer, will enjoy this unusual brooch for years to come. A diamond set clown pendant and a gold pendant modelled as a globe and set with gems both achieved strong results, proving that gold remains a popular entry in this dedicated auction.
The next Jewellery auction takes place on 13 June 2021. Entries are invited. For a complimentary, no-obligation valuation, visit our Glasgow Galleries or contact a specialist by clicking this link and completing the short form.
