Note: The Tudor, or Holms Cup, became famous when it sold through Christies in 1901 as part of the Dunn-Gardner collection. It would fetch £4,100, at the time the all-time record price paid for a piece of silver. The original cup of 1521, is now part of the collection of the Royal Scottish Museum, who purchased it for £9,500 in 1958.
